Haley Omaha, NE   August 8, 2020 Our experience started off great, we couldn’t be more excited. Shortly after, everything went downhill. The first problem started when the lender did not lock in our interest rate and we owe an extra $11,000 in the lifetime of our loan because of it. He took little responsibility and he said there was nothing he could do to fix it. Then our closing date got pushed out 3 different times. I was blamed for it getting moved back when really, my lender could not take 5 minutes out of his day to check with escrow to make sure everything was done. Because of this, we don’t have internet, and I had to pay fees for canceling internet installation two different times. I think of a lender as someone I hired to help make this process easier and he made it seem like we were doing him a favor the entire time. I would highly recommend if you want someone who cares for you and your business, to literally pick ANYONE else to assist you in this process.
